1. Scope
This policy applies to paid Tody products, business API credits, subscriptions, implementation fees, and related services unless a separate written agreement applies.
2. Beta access
Android beta access is currently presented as free. No refund applies to free beta downloads.
3. Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled according to the plan terms. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund already used service periods.
4. Refund review
Refund requests may be considered for duplicate payments, failed activation, billing errors, or unused prepaid credits where legally and operationally appropriate.
5. Non-refundable items
Consumed message credits, completed implementation work, custom development, taxes, gateway charges, and abuse-related account terminations may be non-refundable.
