Refund policy
Last updated 21 May 2026. When and how refunds are processed.
1. Wallet balance
Wallet top-ups for the Business API are generally non-refundable because credits remain usable for messaging.
2. Eligibility for refund
Refunds may be issued where there has been a verified billing error, where service was materially unavailable, or where required by law.
3. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
4. How to request a refund
Email billing@tody.in with your business account, transaction reference, and reason for refund. We’ll acknowledge within one business day and confirm the outcome within seven business days.
5. Enterprise contracts
Enterprise customers should refer to their MSA for refund treatment, which may override this policy.
