Enterprise plans include a contractual uptime SLA (typically 99.9%) with service credits for any breach. Custom SLAs and burst capacity are negotiable based on volume.
For large customers we offer dedicated workers, dedicated rate-limit lanes, and reserved sender identities. Single-tenant deployment can be scoped on request.
You get a named onboarding manager, an integration plan, sandbox credits, template review acceleration, and a launch checklist. Most enterprise customers go live in 2–6 weeks.
