Terms of service
Last updated 21 May 2026. The legal terms under which Tody is provided.
1. Acceptance
By using Tody you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the platform.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use Tody to send spam, scams, illegal content, content that violates Indian law, or content that infringes third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Notify us immediately of any suspected compromise.
4. Billing
Business API usage is billed against your wallet balance. Top-ups are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy. GST invoices are issued on every payment.
5. Intellectual property
The Tody platform, brand, and underlying technology are owned by TACHY EDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. You retain ownership of your content; we get the licence necessary to operate the platform on your behalf.
6. Service availability
Tody targets 99.9% uptime. Enterprise plans include a contractual SLA. Beta features are provided as-is.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TACHY’s liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance for paid customers.
