Tody is natively integrated with the Tachy School ERP and offers a generic REST connector for other Indian school ERPs. The school_id parameter binds messages, templates, and reports to your campus.
Yes. A single business account can manage multiple school_ids with per-school templates, wallet sub-balances, and reporting.
Yes. Inbound parent messages can be routed to a school admin inbox or to webhooks for forwarding to your ERP’s helpdesk module.
Parents receive messages via the Tody Android app. For schools that prefer push-only or SMS fallback, contact sales for hybrid delivery options.
